Yup, no more “smartness”!
Since February 16th 2019, I’m living a smartphone-less life because my phone malfunctioned in the afternoon of 16th and instead of going for a new one or taking my beloved phone for repairs, I decided to go smart-less.
Now, I’m certainly don’t belong to that group of individuals who keep their phones in their hands, throughout most of their days. Using my smartphone for photography is my number one purpose as this is what I do the most with it. Then comes using social media to stay update, connect with friends abroad or read out news. That too was done at home only, using the Wi-Fi connection.
But since past 2 weeks and more, I’m not doing any of it. Currently using an old style button phone these days for calls/text. My blogging is taking place on my personal laptop at home or in my office’s computer. Not having that itch of checking updates about things I would like to know about earlier, which seems kind of nice.
Last two weeks were quite busy at home for me as Uzair was preparing up for his big entry test and I helped him out as much as I can, after returning back home from work. Test took place this past Saturday and it was a big day indeed for my Uzair. It went well as per what Uzair told me and Jia and result will be announced next week, so we are anxiously waiting for it.
Still haven’t decided about whether I should go for a new smartphone or get my old one repaired up because I’m not feeling an urge for it nowadays. It is kind alike what I was having earlier but after losing it up, I’m not in much mood to regain it.
But how long can I live without it? Because obviously I need to have a device to capture the snaps of what click my eyes and mind, so that I can share it with the world here on my blog.
Which is something I really love to do 🙂
