A Photo A Week Challenge – Pesky Locusts

They certainly are much more than pesky!

One fine afternoon last November, my town was hit by a massive attack of locusts.

They didn’t cause much havoc thankfully but their very presence was certainly not welcomed at all.

I posted about this earlier on my blog (click here to read it).

These locusts are still present in my country as they are wrecking havoc on the agricultural fields in two provinces of Pakistan.

The damage cost by them is on such a massive scale that even Pakistan Army is helping out government authorities on urgent basis.

They aren’t bigger than an index finger but when seeing millions upon millions of them zooming past above the head in an afternoon, one just gets annoys of them more than anything else.

      Do you mean Lego?
If yes, then ever since my kid received a set on his birthday few years ago 🙂

I had some as a child and then my children and when I volunteer at Play Group,I get to play again. There are so many new additions. In my day they were just blocks. 1960s

My kid own a very small set which is actually a copied version of official Lego. I wonder what he will do with an official one if he gets one on his hands 🙂
