Do you have hairy grubs? They are caterpillars, brown with false eyes along their body, hairy with a horrible sting. They are up to 2″long.

Nope!
The longest one I have seen was probably 0.5″ long and that too such a long time ago.

These are awful things and like to travel nose to tail to make a big long hazard.

We also have centipedes almost 18″long.
