Lens-Artists Challenge – Holding On To My Bliss

Every passing day

A certain feeling engulfs me

That the very bliss dear to me

Is nowhere to be found

I try my best to

Reignite the old flames

But my surroundings

Are covered in haze

The reason is quite clear

As my mind is locked

Inside a cubicle of

Never ending tasks

Which is my only way

To earn a living

Not just for myself

But for those I care about

And as for my dear bliss

The string is still strong

Despite the strange haziness

Doing all I can

To keep it that way

But that certain feeling

Scares my heart and mind

What a lovely poem, but there are some things that we gotta do for our dear and dearest. But in time I believe that you will get to fulfill your bliss.Have a good day!

I know that feeling of being stuck in a cubicle – I hope you are able to take pride in what you do for others.
