Lens-Artists Challenge – Interested In Cold Or Hot?

Both have their own benefits!

Let’s start from cold.

Like wetting our arms in a tube well outlet for the very first time and refusing to stop doing so:

This is Uzair, my son and this photo is from November 2020 when I went to my first countryside road trip with my family.

And now, something hot!

Enjoying freshly roasted chickpeas in the winter is one of my favorite thing. Well, I also love to eat them in summer as well.

And seeing them getting roasted in a pan over burning wood only raises up the temptation to savor them thoroughly.

Hi, Hammad. I’ve never tried roasted chickpeas, but they sound delicious. Crunchy…I’m sure. Do you salt them, too? Very interesting!!

No, they are not crunchy. Boiling in water softens them and they are then roasted in a grainy salty mixture, so salt adds up in the moist soft upper layer directly.
Some may add spices to give them a spicy taste but I like them the old fashioned way 🙂

Interesting indeed. I always like ‘water captures’.
